Cephalanthera rubra.

Found throughout Europe and Asia, often in mid-shade on forest edges.

Distinguished by its bright pink flowers, an absence of a spur and a hairy stem.

This orchid was photographed on the higher slopes of mount Chelmos in the

north Peloponnese.
