Ophrys lapethica

Ophrys lapethica.

An endemic of Cyprus, with sepals pale pink to purple or violet.

The pattern rarely exceeds the middle of the speculum, with the lip narrowing and the

lobes deflexed. It can appear in February, in rare, but localised groups.
