Pyrrhosoma elisabethae. (Schmidt, 1948). Greek Red Damsel.
An endemic of Greece, at present found in only a few places in the North
Peloponnese, where it replaces the central European P. nymphula. Distinguishing
features are the slightly longer appendage and a shorter ventral hook.
