Orthetrum coerulescens

Orthetrum coerulescens.  (Fabricius 1798).   Keeled Skimmer.

A small Orthetrum common throughout Europe, with fairly small

tapering abdomen, with large pterostigma often yellow.  The female may

also have a yellow blush at the base of its wings.
